I was traveling through and and had a tire go bad late on a Friday. I called and talked to Brendan. He said they were booked 2 weeks out but talked to Josh the service manager and they said to bring it in and they would work it in on Sat. The rear tire for my bike is an odd size but grand prix had 2-3 tires to choose from. The price was reasonable and they got me back on the road Sat. They are the best. Many thanks

I brought my 2018 Indian Chieftain in for an oil change and the service manager (Joshua Davis) noticed a problem with my throttle assembly. I was aware of the problem but had been putting it off due to the cost of the repair. Joshua made some inquiries and informed me that this would be covered by warranty.

I did not want this to go unnoticed and I sincerely appreciate what was done for me.

Very pleasant buying experience. Everyone was very friendly and I never felt like I was being pushed to make any purchase. Vanden was helpfull explaining the differences between the different models, and the differences between the Scout models and helped me land on the correct bike for me. Jessica helped me wade through the various options for servicing and warranty plans in a manner that was easy to understand. Grand Prix had the saddle bags I wanted in stock, so no waiting to dress out my new bike.

I emailed three Kawasaki dealers regarding a specific model they had in stock and requested a valuation of my trade (a Kawasaki). One never followed up after our initial contact and another did not appear to be the least bit interested in working up a deal. Grand Prix responded to my email in less than ten minutes and provided me with a complete, comprehensive offer. They itemized every item right down to the various components of the sales tax, and I thought the selling price and the trade offer were both fair. I accepted the deal and when I got there everyone I encountered during the purchase process was friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant experience and I'd certainly encourage a prospective buyer to check them out.

I have been looking at motorcycles for a while, across multiple dealerships before I found Grand Prix Motorsports. When I walked in, I was quickly approached by Vanden, who showed me some of the options available in the store. Vanden then introduced me to Heather in accessories. Heather was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave me a good idea on what options are available and we were able to get an approximate price for gear if I were to buy a Motorcycle. I had mentioned to her that I really wanted to look at a Chief but there weren't any in store. She remembered seeing one in the back and took me to it to show me. The bike was exactly what I was looking for. That was the beginning of my purchase of a new Chief. I was then approached by Chelsea who was also extremely helpful and showed me multiple options for the Chief lineup. I wound up ordering the right bike for me with the help of the team mentioned above. I never felt pressured, they were all super friendly and very knowledgeable. I am glad I was able to get a bike here, thanks Vanden, Heather, and Chelsea!

I went up and talked to Jeff a week about looking to buy a bike. I was trying to decide between an MT-10 and Kawasaki Z H2. While they didnt have either bike available on the show floor, Jeff was able to track down the Z H2 I wanted and have it delivered to the shop within a few days. They gave me a fair price on my trade in and the financing was quick and easy. Jeff, and the whole Grand Prix Motorsports team, were easy to work with and very welcoming and helpful. I had a great experience buying my bike here and plan on coming back in the future for my service and parts needs.

You guys recently made my dream come true by hooking me up with a beyond sweet 2003 Kawasaki Vulcan nomad!!! Brendan was not only the coolest guy I have talked to at any dealership ever but was beyond helpful and easy to talk to but went above and beyond to ensure I was more than happy about what I wanted and ensured everything about the bike and the price was perfect for just me. I went into the dealership on a whim earlier this month and just rode out on my 2019 Indian Scout Sixty. I have nothing but positive things to say about my motorcycle and this dealership. The first time I went into the dealership, I was greeted by the Business Manager and then met "Birdman" who is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable salesmen I have ever met. I test rode motorcycles last week and immediately decided to buy the Scout Sixty. I encountered some situational factors due to my recent move to CO and every staff person at the dealership stepped up to help me and make sure that I was able to ride my new motorcycle out of the store today and I am so grateful to all of them. This dealership provides exceptional customer service and I am so happy with my new bike. I HIGHLY recommend them!

What started out as an incredibly frustrating situation turned into a great experience thanks to the shop managers and their team. The entire staff is amazing!!! Jeff helped me find my RZR 900 and went out of his way to find me the best deal. Chris helped me negotiate the best loan for me with low interest rates. I recently purchased a 2017 Roadmaster from Grand Prix and while I love the bike, I am just as thankful for the excellent service I received. Everyone worked together to make it a wonderful experience. When you spend that kind of money on a "fun" vehicle, the relationship with your dealership is all the more important and I am thankful to have that relationship with Grand Prix.

I wanted to thank the team at Grand Prix. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Chieftain Dark Horse. The bike was ready when I got there to pick it up. The bike was in their showroom because it had been raining. The paperwork was ready so we didn't have to wait for anything. Very professional a great experience.
