I bought a used Honda Goldwing at Grand Prix in September. I want you to know i have been at this dealership many times looking at bikes and when the demo truck was there I tried some new Indians. It has been a year since I have been there Came in on Wednesday to look at the bike i saw online. Was working with a salesperson (name not important). Liked the bike so I wanted to buy it. Came in Saturday and told the sales person I was ready to do the deal. He pretty much said they were all busy maybe he didn't understand was i was asking. I left a little confused. I was still interested in the bike ok maybe i should have left it alone but it was a used bike and I liked it. I called them to tell the sales manager what had happened. He seemed a little confused himself on what transpired and wanted to work with me. He gave me a decent deal so we closed on it that Thursday. I rode the bike with it needing air in the rear tire but the weather didn't cooperate with my schedule so I didn't think much of it. When I went to ride it a gain it needed air in the rear tire again. I thought this was odd so I checked the tire. The tire was leaking air and it had no puncher or I didn't pickup a nail or anything. I looked at the date on the tire and it was over 6 and a half years old. So you know the tread was decent when I looked at it. I have been told that you only have 2 tires so you really can't be too safe. This all occurred within 2 months and of course no warranty. I called up and spoke to sales manager and told him all my discoveries and asked I know a little bold but felt they had a little obligation to a tire that was old and leaking air. It leaked frequently enough for them to realize that there maybe a problem when they had to fill it sitting on the floor. I told sales manager I am not looking for a free tire but can they sell me one at cost and to have it installed for free $35.00. He said yes and he was going to have someone in service to give me a call. No one called. I called SM back and he acted surprised and said he didn't call? He forwarded me to the sales manager. I worked with him and he tried to get me a tire that had similar tire tread which I thought was pretty good. He was going to sell me the tire at cost then I asked him about installation and he said I have to pay my guy so no to free installation. I went online bought the tire from Revzilla that matched my front one for cheaper than the one at Grand Prix. I just decided that this wasn't worth it and didn't want to mess with this anymore. A review to me is just an experience you have that you share. I am sharing my experience and you guys can come up with your own determination whether I am crazy or maybe they should have done something. I believe it is more of a communication thing for by the end of this I dealt with 3 salespersons and 1 sales manger within 10 days. To give you the full picture. They charge a reconditioning fee which I do think is ridiculous but that is their policy. To be fair this is what they did to the bike before selling it that I know of Changed the front tire probably $180.00ish off the shelf Changed the brake fluid. I will still go there for it is a local shop but when/if I buy from them I will be more skeptical with eyes wide open. Thank you for reading,

I had a persistent mysterious leak on the front tire of my new BMW trike, and I was able to pump it up and ride to the closest shop to my house, which is Grand Prix in Littleton. I had only faint hope that they might help me out because they sell Indian, Yamaha, and other brands, not BMW. Nate and their technician, whose name I never got, looked it over and offered to take a look. After a lengthy investigation, they discovered that the tire bead was damaged and strangely would not leak if slightly overinflated, but at proper pressure would let air out. It was not repairable, and they very kindly agreed to get a new tire (remarkably they had an identical one in stock) and install it for me. They went way above the call of duty to help me out and I can’t thank them enough.

Jake was awesome! He spent a lot of time with me looking up accessories for my bike. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely purchase from him again. GPMS gave me a great deal and there was no pressure on contract upgrades. 👍👍

Bought a used Yamaha Tracer GT9 with barely 500 miles and got a once in a lifetime deal on it. Vanden Vicars helped me with the purchase and also secure financing with a very competitive interest rate. Since Colorado is covered in snow, GP Motorsports was able to deliver to my house for a way less than I thought. If I need another bike, I'll go with them before any other dealer in the state.

Jacob and Bregan both did an awesome job selling us a dirt bike. They were attentive to time, and made the process stress free. Let us test ride the bike too. They were professional and eager to help answer all questions and concerns. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another bike from them again!

I had a great experience at Grand Prix. When I waked in Ryan quickly helped me find the bike I was looking for. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to let me take the test ride and answer my questions about the bike. When I decided to purchase I met with Bregan. He waked me though the purchasing process and helped me choose features on the plan to keep me safe like roadside assistance and maintenance plans. He too was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I am thrilled to have purchased a 2024 MT07 through them.

Feb 2025 Update: Had another good experience with the folks over at GPM. Jake greeted me and was very helpful in setting up a test ride. He listened to my questions and concerns, and the whole experience was pretty straight forward and low pressure. Josh in the service department was also super helpful and friendly, he checked out a noise on the brakes and helped out with some other questions. Paperwork portion was also straight forward and smooth with Bregan. Overall had another good experience with these guys. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a brand new motorcycle from Grand Prix that has had a few issues, but Grand Prix has been helpful in resolving them. From the sales experience, ordering parts, and getting work done, I've been satisfied with my dealings with Grand Prix. Plus they sell gallon jugs of AMSOIL, will definitely be back.

This was my first time dealing with GPM. I knew what I wanted and I met Jake in sales. Jake was great to work with as was Bregan in Finance. My cycle was a fair price (I had shopped around), the transaction was a breeze.

I just want to say my experience with Nate at the service department has been exceptional. His professionalism, expertise and efficiency has been first class. It’s apparent that they take costumer service seriously, kudos to the service manager Roger!

I recently purchased a bike from here last week and Vanden was my sales rep. Vanden is extremely respectful and patient. He is a very genuine human and made my purchase feel effortless. The sales manager Sean was also very respectful and gave me a great deal on my trade in bike. When picking up my bike, I went to the parts department to get some aftermarket parts (when purchasing a bike, you get a discount on parts). Jack helped me find an exhaust for my bike, he was very knowledgeable and patient (I'm indecisive). When finalizing my purchase, I was paired with finance where I dealt with Bregan. He had all of my paperwork ready to go and I was in and out within 10 minutes. He is also great to work with and was very down to earth. This whole process was very seamless and went very smooth. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. I would highly recommend shopping here.

The machine was nicely detailed and was ready for pickup upon arrival. Shawn the sales manager and Breagan in finace were straightforward and easy to work with as well.

WOW!!! What an absolutely amazing dealership. I had been looking for RZR 200 for my daughter for Christmas, and finally decided to pull the trigger. Jake went above and beyond to get everything handled and even put the majority of the deal together via text as my daughter was with me so I could not take a phone call. When I arrived the machine was ready to go and there were no last minute surprises which I truly appreciated. From my initial phone and in person contact with Heather to the test ride and paperwork with Jake, my experience at Grand Prix was very positive. I received a fair trade value and the sales price of the bike I traded for was on par with regional and national pricing. If you have not been to Grand Prix yet, I recommend you swing by and take a look for yourself.

Jake was my salesman and was very patient with me and I never felt pressured to make any decisions. He let me take my time to think things through. As a matter of fact, every person I dealt with all the way to the finance department showed the same demeanor. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I ultimately could not get the color scheme I wanted but that wasn't really their fault. I don't think any of the surrounding dealerships had the color I wanted in stock. But Jake and his team helped get me out of an unfortunate situation with a used bike that I had recently purchased and got me into a brand new motorcycle. I would do business with them again!

I had a wonderful experience here. My boyfriend and I came to look at a Yamaha Kodiak 450 to replace my Polaris 500. They did not have any in stock but were going to at least sit on the Kodiak 700 to compare how the seating feels. My main mission was to get a smaller unit, or smaller feeling unit with EPS. As we were walking out Rob True, who was assisting us, showed us the CForce 500. We had not looked at the CForce as we felt we were set on the Kodiak. We are happy that Rob True made this suggestion because we walked out of there that day with the CForce 500. It had a cheaper price tag that seemed to have better amenities, such as a winch that came standard and a display screen to show speed and gas usage, etc. The Kodiak just had a light up display of a few things. We were happy to have Rob True with us as he was knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this place and Rob True to be your associate.

Brendan with the service department is awesome he has been super helpful with all the machines we purchased here. Anything I need he is always there and super friendly plus he is a down to earth relatable guy. I ordered a clutch for one of my machines and I changed my mind and he took care me. He is one of the reasons I will always come back to this dealership. He is also not afraid to be honest which I appreciate!!!!!!! Please give this guy a raise

Brendan in the Service Department was fantastic! He was able to expedite the service on my ATV and have it done not only on time, but early and ready for elk season! 10/10 recommend. As someone who’s never financed a brand new vehicle of any kind through a bank. Grand Prix helped me every step of the way. From getting approved. To getting the payments that would work for me. And explaining all the nitty gritty details without pulling the pushy salesman move that I know a lot of other places do. All in all I had a great experience from talking over the phone to going into the dealership.

Purchased a new bike for my 13 year old daughter here. A Kawasaki 140rl. Perfect little bike for our beginner. Everyone was helpful and it was a quick transaction.

I've now bought two vehicles from Grand Prix Motorsports in the past year. My father has also bought two vehicles from them as well. The experience has been superb. My father had one issue with the brakes on the CFMoto ZForce he purchased, and they went above and beyond to get him back on the road (or rather trail) within 48 hours. We've targeted Vanden as our sales rep every time we have been there because he has taken the time to bare with us throughout the decision making process each time. In the service department, Brendan really sticks out as a solid dude. He shows an innate knowledge in his field bundled up with enthusiasm and compassion. Grand Prix has a solid team working there at this point in time and is worth a look if you are intending to purchase something to help you enjoy this wonderful state of ours.

I had an issue with my 2023 Zforce 950 and wanted it to be seen as quick as possible. Brendan at the service desk was able to get me in on short notice even though they were booked for the day. He walked me through the entire process and true to his word the machine was diagnosed the day of and thankfully it was a quick fix to get the issue remedied I was able to pick the machine up later that day. Brendan was quick to reach out for updates and could not have had a better experience at Grand Prix thanks to him!
